I really enjoy Dr. Marra's office. The only complaint I have is that as the first patient of the day at 7:00, you sometimes aren't starting the procedure till 7:15. All of the staff is extremely friendly.

I had extensive root canals, extractions, implants, and both upper and lower dental appliances manufactured and fitted. His professionalism, skill, knowledge, and communication skills are top notch. He was very sensitive to my needs and controlled pain at all points through all visits. His office and treatment-room staff were very caring and supportive at all times. His office seemed very well equipped with the latest treatment and diagnostic technology. Because I had a lot of work done the costs were fairly expensive, but it was well worth it. I would recommend Dr. Marra highly.

Now at age 55, I started as a kid with Dr. Fred Marra's father Harry. The transition from father to son was seamless, and it continues to amaze me how Fred and his staff "stay on top of their game" with the latest technology, and have now enhanced their office communications using the internet.

You feel readily welcomed each and every time you step in the office. Diane and Donna awesome job! Professionalism at its best! Never has there been a billing issue.

Fortunately my teeth have stayed healthy over the past 5 - 10 years, and I haven't put Fred "to the test". But I know whatever may have come up in the past, the discussions on treatment, and the options were thoroughly explained, estimated, scheduled and performed to the finest the Capital Region has to offer. Fred, you are the best, and should be very proud of the "team of players" on your staff. You've done your father proud!

Dr. Fred Marra did the veneers on my 12 year old son. I have seen him regularly for over 30 years without any problems of my own. He put braces on 2 of my children who now have beautiful teeth. He was able to calm my daughter's fears about all doctors. She would have anxiety attacks. He is available at any hour of the day or night if you feel you have an emergency. I have recommended him to countless patients because he has a wonderful bedside manner and is a perfectionist. You are not going to leave his office unless everything is perfect!

The hygienists in the office are friendly and gentle. They give you a warm feeling when you enter and they make it a point to know who you are!

Dr. Marra has been my dentist since he took over the practice from his father. Since that time he has built a new updated facility with the latest equipment. His staff is extremely courteous and informative. You always get a courtesy call, mailed card or e-mail before your next appointment. All procedures are explained thoroughly before any decision is asked to be made. Even after your normal cleanings, Dr. Marra looks at you himself before you leave. He and his staff are genuinely concerned about their clients. I believe he has a first class operation and would recommend his office to anyone.
